You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service. • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software systems through the Service. • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service. • Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PLG Limited.

In no event shall PLG Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, providers, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in London, England, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
